E’ passato al Senato un disegno di legge che prevede la prigione per chi istiga a delinquere o a contravvenire alcune leggi, scrivendo su blog e siti internet.
Quindi nel caso dicessi che sarebbe giusto fare rogatorie estere, denunciare il falso in bilancio, farsi processare come normali cittadini, prestare cure mediche anche ai clandestini, rischierai 5 anni di prigione.
